The people are very nice and helpful. They really make you feel like they are there for you to capture the perfect moment. We didn't feel rushed at all with our 2 kids and one of them being 1 year old. The photographer was very patient and entertaining for the children. After about 20 minutes of shooting my child didn't want to put curtain props down at all.
