In order to recommend proper treatment techniques, patients will initially come in for an initial evaluation with our staff. Dr. Shane Bethea oversees the Chiropractic care at Coastal Complete Care. Dr. Bethea is trained to treat numerous conditions related to neck, joint and back pain, as well as headaches. Dr.Beathea is truly the BEST! Started going to him while I was pregnant and felt perfectly comfortable, and he was very careful. Once my son was born we started taking him the first week he was born and it has really helped him grow more comfortably. He's our family chiropractor and we love seeing him. 😊

2 visits in the past were fine, but today website said walkin open hours open till 7pm. drove 30 minutes 4PM, found out need appointment... also said close at 6pm now but gave me appointment wait till 5:30 in parking lot. About5:30 called me by cellphone in parking lot too busy to see me, wont stay late and take care of my "URGENTcare" need, rude, talked over me, very unsympathetic, said not responsible for their website wrong and not updated (well who is) very sad and bad. unprofessional and uncaring. bye

Dr. Bethea is an amazing Chiropractor! I've had years of severe lower back pain and went to numerous physicians and was always told that I had a pulled muscle. Dr. Bethea was able to successfully treat and align my spine. He took the time to explain how everything works in a way I understood. I've tried other Chiropractors over the years and none come close to his expertise. I now have my neck, hands, feet, and shoulders adjusted. I love him and his whole staff! I live in Georgia and I'll continue to make the 3 hour drive. I highly recommend!!
