The builder Tony sent a contract to buy the lot I had for sale for his client, he did NOT deliver earnest money till 2 weeks later AFTER I called him to ask him why the title company did not have the money it was the beginning of on going lies after lies after making me wait for 90 days lost the deal and KEPT the buyers deposit who is now suing HIM never use him!!!! I had give 1 star but he deserves—-000000 it has no integrity.
