What I love about RDFit, is that they really have a workout plan that will fit your schedule. If you just want to work out on your own, the gym is available. If you want a class, they have those too. If you want more 1 on 1 attention, they have individual training. Or if you are like me and own a business and have a family at home, then they have online workouts you can do at home when your kids are asleep and you have a break. Brad and his team will work with you to achieve your goals.

I had been looking for a good local gym to join after leaving 24 Hour Fitness during the previous lockdown. RDFit is exactly what I was looking for!
The staff here are friendly, professional, and communicative. I left a message asking to test out the facility and Brad responded quickly, setting me up with a time to come by and work out in their open gym. After working out, I signed up right away and Brad made the whole process quick and easy. They have a good website that's easy to navigate and has clear pricing for all of their membership packages.
The open gym facility is excellent! The gym

So by luck I came across this place right when I decided to make a change with how I eat. I been a regular gym goer and played full court basketball twice a week. Feeling a bit confident in my stamina to go the distance until my first class I realized how much area for improvement I was missing in my life.

Brad the owner was really welcoming to me and was great to pair up with for my first two classes. He helped me learn the dynamics of the course and the functionality of it. I love the myzone it really helped me see where my energy levels are at and tracking my calories and output.

Honestly

The best fitness environment I have ever been a part of. I will probably never go anywhere else to meet my fitness needs now that I have discovered them. Once you start going regularly it becomes like a family with the other members and coaches. The knowledge and instruction that is given is unparalleled, plus the program itself will get you results and make you significantly stronger in everything. Things that require physical energy after a long work day become so much easier and and I'm lighter on my feet even. This community has given me the ability to run again and I will be forever greatful

This is the best place I have ever been working out, it's so motivating. I have been at many gyms on and off the longest I have stayed is a month or two. For the first time I stayed 9 months. All the trainers are amazing and if you are looking for a place to guide you this is the one!!! Effective and fun workouts

We had a miscommunication with RDFiT regarding freezing our membership account. Scott, the Founder and President, was very reasonable with us. These are good people, doing good business. I recommend RDFiT.

Beware if you are considering joining this gym, especially if you are working with one of their trainers. I signed up for twelve sessions with one of their trainers after a careful interview. She assured me that despite the musculo-skeletal issues I was having, she would be able to help me get stronger without injuring myself -- my stated goal. I was told the open gym fees were included in the $60/session fee. The trainer first did an intake interview with me, at which I related my specific skeletal issues, including having a partially torn ACL 18 years ago requiring using a heavy duty brace

The boot camp is amazing if you want to get in shape! My favorite instructor is Shirley, she really pushes you and gets you going! This is definitely worth it! I love how it's easy to sign up for the classes online, it never gets too crowded. If your wanting to hit all targets on your body, this is it!

R.D.F.T. (formally Tri-D Fitness & Bootcamp RDFT) is a unique private gym that has the latest workout equipment, top personal trainers in the industry and the most awesome Bootcamp classes. When you first walk in, you'll notice the gym looks very modern and cool and everyone there is super friendly and will help you right away. They have lots of promotions and packages that will tailor to your needs and budget. They even gave me a free 2-week trial for their bootcamp classes in which I was totally hooked on their MMA Fit class. It's so fun it's like your working out at a night club, haha! It seriously

This gym used to be called Tri-D Fitness and has now become RDFIT (Results Driven Fitness Training).

I started training at this gym as a recommendation of my physician (Sports Medicine specialist) that I've been seeing due to knee injuries. In short, my problem is that my leg and hip muscles are not strong enough or their strength is not balanced, so rather than going to traditional physical therapy, he recommended that I work with a specific personal trainer (Jennifer) to get stronger and more active.

I really like this place. The location is convenient and there is ample parking, and the
