I have never been in a Dentist office where they are so fast and friendly. They provided me with what I ask and reschedule my appointment because I wasn't a patient. They made me feel welcome. The service was great. My broken tooth was fixed one day and they cleaned my teeth the next day with no questions asked. They provided me with the best service possible. If you are wanting a Dentist Office I suggest Hickory Dental Clinic. 100% satisfied.

Dr. Spencer and his staff are a God send, I'm so thankful!!! They treated me and my family wonderfully. I was very nervous and had put off having a tooth extracted until a friend recommended me to Hickory Dental Care. They really put me to ease with my anxiety. I actually enjoyed my consultation with Dr. Spencer today. How many times have you said that? He was friendly, considerate, patient and forthcoming. He explained everything. He answered my questions honestly. Everyone of the staff I met from being checked in to cashing out were upbeat, personable and professional.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr. Spencer and his staff are. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! They show so much compassion each time I visit.
Most of us don’t love going to the dentist. For some of us though, other health issues make visits especially difficult. This practice always goes above and beyond to make my experience a comfortable one. It’s more work for them but they never make me Feel like it’s anything out of the ordinary and gracefully handle the accommodations that have to be made. The folks here are genuinely kind and I am more grateful than words can ever
