I had the pleasure of working with Matt Dayton in 2019, purchasing a condo in Keystone. Matt is everything you could want in a realtor: professional, informed, well connected, experienced and available. Matt personally is also a really friendly, outgoing, positive person, that you just want to support and work with. I couldn't more highly recommend working with Matt in Summit county or the surrounding areas. Whether you are buying or selling, do yourself a favor and call Matt!

My wife and I purchased our current home through Todd Rankin-- owner/founder of Cornerstone. Todd is a superb broker,- savvy, unflinchingly honest and personable. To me he's the "goto" realtor in Summit and I recommend him highly. I have an equally good impression of the other Cornerstone associates, although I have not worked with them on specific transactions.
