For nearly three decades, I have worked hard on behalf of people throughout Southside Virginia and North Carolina who face criminal charges and traffic violations. After becoming a lawyer more than 30 years ago, I worked as a prosecutor in the Commonwealth for several years. I had a traffic case and a week before the case I realized I wouldn’t be able to make it. I called this firm and they just asked a couple questions asked for my ticket. And took on the case. They emailed me the day of the case to let me know they were able to get it dismissed! Straight to the point. Everyone on the team was great to talk to Trey and Dawn. And I was able to talk to the lawyer Clinton and he answered some of my questions. Completely satisfied with the service. And very affordable to!!

Best money I ever spent. Received a ticket in VA during a holiday weekend and was stressing over having to deal with this from NJ. I received a speeding ticket in VA back in December of 2020 while traveling home for Christmas. Since the town where I received the ticket is roughly 4 hours away from where I live, I didn’t want to make the journey for the court date but wanted to do everything I could to get the ticket dropped to improper equipment since this was my first ever ticket. Mr. Clary represented me for a traffic violation. I initially called the office, explained my situation to his assistant Dawn, and she requested some (easy to obtain) documentation. I paid a very reasonable fee, and Mr. Clary was able to get the charges reduced to a non-moving violation (no points). I was able to arrange this all of this remotely (I live out of state) and did not have to appear in court. Very pleased with the representation and outcome -- money well spent.

Very legit law firm. From the beginning the lawyer and front desk people were very prompt about how they are going to deal with my situation. The lawyer fee is $200 unlike other law firms asking $700-1000 just for doing the same work. I am totally satisfied with the lawyers work and the judgement is very favorable to me.

I was charged with Reckless Driving for speeding in Brunswick County. Mr. Clary was the most expensive lawyer I contacted ($500 retainer), but he was also the most optimistic about reducing my sentence and during my initial consultation was extremely knowledgable and helpful.
Most importantly, he was able to reschedule my court date and achieve the most favorable sentencing of having the charge dismissed. I was told by both him and other lawyers that I was speeding above the threshold that is usually deemed forgivable, and I am therefore extremely happy with this outcome.
