I can’t say enough great things about this dental office staff and about Dr. Bryant Vest and his assistant. I had a tooth chip and they were able to fix it right away, my new crown fits perfectly and they were extremely patient and caring! What a wonderful place, will be back for all my dental needs! I went to Pavilions Dental Group off of Pleasant Grove after being delinquent in seeing a dentist for at least 2-3 years. I've never had any dental issues whatsoever, but on this particular visit, they informed me I needed a four-month deep-cleaning plan requiring multiple visits due to contracting gum disease. In addition, they wanted to remove my wisdom teeth (I'm in my mid-30's and never had any issues with them). When they initially presented me with the gum disease information packet, they estimated the entire process would cost around $1900. In the same breath, they offered me a 50% discount

Advice: if you are told you need a deep cleaning/scaling, I suggest you get a second opinion. Both my wife and I were told we needed this procedure when neither of us had needed it before. We both consulted other dentists and these dentists believed the process was not needed. We have met others who have experienced the same. Let the buyer beware

Very, very happy with the care here. I was treated respectfully and wasn't left just sitting and waiting. I got back to my treatment area immediately, all my questions answered treatment needs met, and I was super happy with the dentist who gave me the root canal as well as his dental assistant. They were fast and super professional. I am very pleased.

Had work done here 5 years ago. It's all falling out now leaving holes in my teeth. Floss caught on it and yanked out the fillings! Brushing pulled out pieces of fillings! Never had that happen in my life. Still have fillings from other dentists from when I was a kid that stood the test of time 35 years later. Now I have to pay again for someone else to fix the mess they made.Thanks for nothing.

The office manager and her front office staff are very rude and unprofessional. Very bad first impression. I was spoken down to in a very disrespectful manner. My appointment for teeth cleaning was cancelled 30 minutes before my appointment time! The person who cleaned my teeth only cleaned my upper teeth, stating the lower teeth didn't need cleaning? I have NEVER heard of this! Please read reviews! Good luck finding a New dentist!

I hate writing negative reviews but this one is a must for people to hear and know about this Dental office.
I had 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted and guess what no preop instructions no phone call to remind about my appointment NOTHING just as if nothing going to happen. After my surgery no post OP appointment scheduled even though I had stitches in my mouth. When I called the office the next day they told me just stay on soft died and liquids but no follow up necessary :/ NO call from a doctor to see how I'm doing/feeling and if everything is okay. It feels like all they care is money that

I'd be extremely wary of any recommendations for dental work made by the dentists. I too was told I needed a deep cleaning when I went for my 'new patient' visit a week ago. I subsequently went to another dentist and learned that this is not the case - so I was up-sold for work not needed by Pavilions. There appears to be a pattern there...so watch out!!

I'm so glad I found this dental group they are the best! Dentist Dr Liem is great, hygienist Jeanette is great and the whole staff is very nice and helpful. They have great hours and always work with my schedule and are understanding of my anxiety towards dentists.

Do not go here!!! If I could give 0 Stars I would... they are horrible and only try to upsale the patient so they can bill your insurance for unnecessary treatment. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I made an appt for cleaning and X-rays, and they told me I couldn't get the cleaning until I authorized an additional $2000 dollars worth of treatment that was not necessary.

I have severe issues with my teeth for various reasons. I finally went in because it had gotten to the point I couldn't put it off any longer. Dr. Liem is amazing. She is extremely respectful, explains everything well, and she takes her time. When she recommends something she explains why she thinks it's the best option instead of just pressuring you, like some dentists do. I highly recommend her. She is the best dentist I have ever been to and I will continue to see her because of the way she has treated me so far.

The office manager is unprofessional and rude. The quoted my wife for a filling at $900. She asked for another option. They gave her the option that our insurance would pay for everything. Done! The manager tried to call and reschedule last minute, which was not possible. A callback a little later stated that the price was now up to $300. Very rude manager when canceling all appointments and stating we will take our business elsewhere. Managers response, "Ok, goodluck with that" DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE CROOKS!

The dental staff was friendly and the office appears to be running with up to date dental technology, however the front desk staff have turned this dental experience into an unprofessional experience. Long story short after being called multiple times, I recieved a call 45 minutes from my arrival time to tell me that my previously quoted zero out… of pocket procedure was not covered fully and I would owe Over $300 at the visit. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with a friendly smile. Dr. Vest greeted me and explained every procedure that I would have. The entire staff was so friendly. The billing staff in this office is in adequate! I have been dealing with this office for over a year to get a simple night guard paid! The insurance company sent me a form to fill out regarding secondary insurance. I filled it out sent it in. Pavillion Dental group sent me another $290 bill, I call the insurance company they said they were waiting… on a medical necessity letter regarding the night guard.I call the office again explained to them what the insurance was waiting for and he said oh I have never heard of that! They are very high tech and have all the expensive toys. I think they do want what's best for you with regards to your mouth but can come across extremely pushy. As of yesterday I was going to change to a different location and Dr. but decided to give them a fair chance. Today was my first major deep cleaning and I am happy to say that I had it done. Now the laser treatment they kept pushing to add (which I did) was not covered but in the long run I feel like it will be worth the money spent.

I saw Dr. Bennett. I went in for a check up and cleaning. I got the check up, but unfortunately, I wasn't a candidate for a regular cleaning and had to schedule a deep cleaning as well as some other work.
The office staff are so friendly. Dr. Bennett greeted me himself, which, in my experience, NEVER happens. He let me know what I needed done, and why. I was nervous about the cost of all the treatments I was in for but they offer an in house plan which brings the cost down and allows you to make payments.
