I have been to other dentists and when they confirmed that treatments would be covered by our insurance it turned out that it did covered. But not in this place, we paid some amounts like co-pays, that is definitely understandable but we received a billed with a "k" amounts because we were told that insurance did not cover it. I paid this bill but I was not expecting it.
Treatment was ok but be prepared for "untold" bills and extra amounts.

The best dental care I have ever experienced. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Dr. Sameh Kassem was very kind and informative. Before a family friend recommended me to him, I went to another doctor in Maryland who was exaggerated of what my needs were in order to make more money. I was told that I need to prepare over $4,000.00 for my very simple tooth problem. That I need a crown on a missing part of my lower tooth and another crown on the upper tooth which was not damaged at all. I was devastated.

Always a pleasant experience, friendly staff and physician. Appreciate the service and the follow ups to let me know when I am overdue for a cleaning and they go a bit further to text about cancellations I can fill when overdue. How nice! Very convenient they offer texting and emailing with always a very fast response time. Highly recommend this practice.

I have been seeing Dr. K for a couple years now and I am very pleased with his service. The office is nice. The front office folks are nice. The DA is also very nice. I like Dr K as a person too because he is easy to talk to and joke with and he makes me feel very at ease while in the chair. I intend to stick with him for dental issues for some time to come. Good office, nice folks, great care!

Dr. Kassem has been my dentist for over 12 years and he's an exceptional dentist who I trust with all my dental care needs. He's patient and listens to my concerns. I no longer work close to his office but I still drive nearly an hour to see him, because he's worth the drive. The office staff and the other dentist at his practice are great, too!

I absolutely love Riverside Dental! I feel so fortunate to have found a Dentist that reassured me that all of my dental issues (crowns, fillings, etc...) would be fixed. Dr. Kassem is the best...so patient, kind and really cares about you and your teeth. The entire practice is wonderful. I highly recommend them. Thank you.
