Services
Aaron is Impact Chiropractic's Director of Clinical Experiences. He assists our Docs in the clinical aspects of what we do in our office, including performing scans, assisting with x-rays and managing the technology we use in our office. He married his soul mate, Alyssa, in early 2020. Outside of Impact, Aaron is an awesome musician, adventurous foodie, and enjoys building computers in his spare time.
Every journey has a starting point, a first step. This first step with our office is to determine where you are on your unique health journey. We do that with a set of two appointments (days): Get Checked! Day is your initial evaluation with us. This evaluation includes consultation with Dr. Turner, a physical exam, a nervous system function test, and x-rays (if needed).
There are different approaches to chiropractic care. Some chiropractic offices focus specifically on injury-care (also known as acute care), some focus exclusively on pain relief, and others focus on certain parts of the spine such as the upper cervical vertebrae. At Impact Chiropractic, we specialize in "family-focused chiropractic wellness care".

Dr. David Turner is a pediatric and family chiropractor and Conway area native. He hopes to inspire a health revolution, family by family, that creates a lasting impact in the health of our community. Dr. Turner began his education at Coastal Carolina University, where he earned his first Bachelor of Science in 1997 in Biology/Marine Science.

Dr Turner, Dr Brittany, and everyone on staff at Impact has changed my life in the matter of weeks. After struggling with bad back and hip pain for years, I have started to heal and my back/hip pain is minimal. I went to Dr. Turner in pain and could hardly walk, now I'm able to get around and do much more and enjoy life more than I had been.
Dr. David and Dr. Brittney are great at what they do.

Absolutely the BEST chiropractic office!! Dr. Turner and Dr Brittany are attentive and listen to any concerns. Those concerns are then addressed. The office staff is top notch!! I absolutely love Impact Chiropractic. All the staff is welcoming and amazing. And they’ve helped me through pregnancy and postpartum. My daughter has been going since 2 weeks old and has benefited from her adjustments! She is far less gassy and they always take SUCH good care of her! They even have a “family room” for when I need to feed her! Highly recommend taking yourself AND your kiddos if you have them!

David Turner is a competent chiropractor, however his business practices boarder on criminal. After paying my substantial bill in full in September 2014 he sent me a bill for over $500 almost a year later. Calling, I explained to some new girl there that the bill was paid in full. She said that my insurance didn't pay, but they NEVER accepted my insurance. I was self pay from the start. No accountability and now he put me in collection with some company from Ohio.
