Cort Companies runs and manages the building in which I work in. Do not place your business here if you have options. The building is old, with regular problems, like the air conditioner and elevators breaking. Also, they turn off the air off at 5p.m. so expect your office to be blazing hot when you return to work the following day as they do not turn the air back on until 8:00 am. Due to this, the offices do not cool back down to roughly 3:00 p.m. Makes it intollerable to work, or be comfortable in any way....
