My husband, Don and I purchased an estate lot at Sweetgrass when we visited in the Summer of 2016, as a result of receiving a postcard in the mail advertising a Saturday sales event on a new section of the neighborhood. Due to our busy schedule, we called and spoke to Steve Adkins who was very accommodating. He waited around until late in the day to show us the property. We have been impressed by all of the people we have had dealings with concerning our Sweetgrass property. In addition, the local residents we have had the pleasure of meeting have been very welcoming. We plan to build our retirement

I had a great experience purchasing a lot at Sweetgrass. The community sells itself as it is exquisitely beautiful; but, the Waterfront group has done a great job of enhancing the natural beauty and letting the community sell itself. Walt Davis, graciously spent many informative hours with us and we never felt pressured to make a committment; but, we are certainly glad we did!

I had a pleasant experience working with Waterfront Group. I purchased a lot in Sweetgrass in August 2016. Jessica Arnold was very helpful through the whole process, always availabe to show me different lots at a moments notice. Also any questions I had through email she was always very quick to respond.

Working with the Waterfront Group to purchase our lot in the SweetGrass Community was a very pleasurable experience. Everyone we worked with was very helpful from our first inquiry to purchase. There was no pushiness which is very important to me when making important decisions such as purchasing property. All questions were answered, and still are, in a timely manner. SweetGrass is a lovely community with many nice neighbors.
