My husband and I were living in Bellevue, WA when we met Teri while we were in Newport during a short visit in 2019. Last spring, while still living in Bellevue, we found a house in Portsmouth on realtor.com. With Teri's help and support as first time home buyers, we were able to buy the house for the asking price sight unseen with a VA mortgage. Me and my wife can't say enough great things about Teri's customer service and overall experience. We have used Teri's services as a buyer and seller and both were smooth and painless transactions. She is very easy to work with and never made us feel like we had to sell or buy. Instead, she helped guide us through both processes. As a buyer in 2012, she worked with the seller and negotiated a price that we both could agree on. As a seller 2021, she was able to sell our house in one weekend by obtaining 9 solid offers over asking and closing in 2 weeks. Highly recommend her services.
