They cancelled my phone consultation saying there maybe a conflict 2 hours before it was scheduled, I had waited over a week for this consultation.
They didn't give any reason or explanation of what the conflict maybe.
Very unprofessional and frustrating.
I suppose the only good thing I can say is that they gave me a # to a referral.
Wish they would have done that a week ago.
I hope others have better luck with this firm than I did.

Was in a situation where a vehicle was in my name but resided with an ex who had stopped making payments. I worked with Thomas Douglas who was most helpful and prepared me for what could happen, and eased my nerves. It was nice having someone in my corner who knew the ropes and steps needed to get the issues resolved. Thank you!

I can't express how grateful my husband and I are to of found Thomas Douglas! He was referred to us by a friend and was every bit as good as we were told he would be. Mr Douglas was very professional and knowledgeable and help to put our minds at ease at a time when we didn't know what to think or do. He kept up great communication with us and answered every question we had without hesitation. Thank you so much for resolving our case for us Mr. Douglas!

They rescheduled my phone appointment with the attorney from Tuesday to Friday at 12:30pm. I was at work and waited 20 minutes. At 12:50pm, I called them, it went to voicemail. The attorney, Benjamin Campo, called me 5+ hours later (~6pm) and left me voicemail. He basically said "Sorry about the delay and the missing but that's where it is" (verbatim from my voicemail). Some kind of an apology. I think I am going to find a different attorney.

Ms. McDaniel was wonderful in saving my family's home, which had fallen behind on property taxes and was on the verge of being taken by the city or Portland. She was wonderful at communicating with my family as well as the city and helped us work out a solution that allowed us to keep the house. Most importantly, Ms. McDaniel kept us very informed every step of the way and billed us very fairly. I will absolutely hire her in the future should any need arise.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in September of 2011. Things were moving along in a positive manner with the insurance carrier of the other driver (who was at fault.) Then things began to get complicated and I knew I was in over my head. I had no interest in calling the "self proclaimed" personal injury specialists on TV. If I was going to bring in an attorney, I wanted someone with integrity, respect, knowledge and professionalism. Tom was referred to me by a friend and I will say that after my first meeting with him, the cynicism and fears over bringing an attorney into this situation

Sarah McDaniel represented my family in a zoning dispute with a Cumberland County town and an abutting property owner. She was recommended by another attorney who had a conflict and was unable to take our case. I owe that attorney a big thank you! Right from the start Sarah was very professional yet friendly, putting us at ease with the process. She took our hundreds of pages of poorly organized research and made sense out of it, added to it, and came up with a course of action and grounds to file an appeal. Sarah never held out false hope and was very honest in her opinion for our chances to prevail
