I made an offer on a house he had for sale. He never told me that it was in a high flood area. I only found out that this house was in a high flood area when I called about home owners insurance. I was told it would cost over $2,000 a year for flood insurance ONLY. Home owners insurance wasn't included in that price. Danny called n told me he found flood insurance for the house for $600 a year. But when I called about the flood insurance Danny told them to only insure the house for $25,000 n contents at $10,000. So if the house was a total loss the most insurance would pay would be $35,000. After

I was not impressed with the service I received. I inquired about a rental no one bothered to get back in touch with me.
I called the office on two different occasions in the person that normally run the front desk was not in and no one else knew where to find my paperwork to even see if I had been approved.
After waiting three weeks to hear if my applications were approved or not I was informed that the rental I wanted had been leased. That Mr. Hood has decided that my application was approved but my family would have to come up with a double security deposit plus first and last months rent

They have the worst customer service you can imagine. If you do business with them do so at your own peril.

Do Not Go To This man. He is a slum lord and likes to put his hands on women. They are better people to deal with than him.

I have rented from them for going on 10 months now. My experience with them has been horrible! Not only did they charge me 4 months up front (and not even tell my landlord how much they collected from me) but the process of renting the house was horrible as well as my stay in the residence. It took them 4 weeks to get back to me on if I was approved to move in the house (which the landlord was unaware of). I called and called and was told they are busy for 4 weeks. They try to swindle every penny out of you and do not communicate the finances with the home owner. Danny Hood himself is extremely

How these individuals own and operate a business at all is beyond me. Unprofessional is too kind a word for them. Beware when doing business or applying for them. They will ask you to speak to their "spiritual adviser." I'm unsure if they employ actual employees or cult members. Oh, and if you ever choose to not do business with them, they'll reach out to any reference you've given them and trash talk you. Run away!

Okay I'm going to give it to you straight if you're a new renter or don't have rental history that can be verified you're probably going to have to pay a double deposit. But it is well worth it I have not had a single problem that has not been immediately addressed. This is a very professional and dedicated rental agency. I was having a problem and they had someone out the same day to take care of it. They are very fair and very courteous. They have been a pleasure to work with through the process of getting my rental. So if you are in Goldsboro looking for a place to rent I would not only suggest

My recommendation ...don't go to this place.. they wasted my time and I been waiting for 3 weeks to give me a response , and the response was .." your credit is very young" sorry we gonna stay with your money and sorry to lose your time..its sounds like that..then is this office guided by a young credit and not by being a good citizen without criminal record with a good recommendation of the work places and places where we have lived?.Once more I do not recommend this place , besides that began to work in my application because I called and I remembered

I would strongly advise from using these people. They use deceptive practices, one person will tell you one thing then another will tell something else. They lie about there own policies saying everything goes through Danny hood but once they get your $50 then they apparently do as they please. Yet this company (man) basis his reputation on the fact that he is a "Christian " but he doesn't know that his employees (one in particular ) are doing what they want. He defends them of course yet the truth is Elaine is a straight up liar. We told Danny what happened and he said he would

My experience here was horrible. There were always temporary fixes. My AC went out and they came and put in window units which were fine I guess, but it was supposed to be a temporary thing until they fixed the AC. And I would've been fine with this until my daughter started having breathing problems and the Doctor said it was because of the window units, as they don't filter air as well and Central AC. I tried to stay on them about this but it was pointless. Glad I'm out of there.

Have known Danny for years, home I live in another realtor had listed . I went through Danny to purchase on my behalf and was well satisfied.
If Danny shows out at anyone(which I can't see) it is as anyone he was given good reason. I trust him completely and would have no problem him representing me in a sale or offer to purchase!!!
