Leaver Construction prides itself on creating "one of a kind" solutions and has been involved in several very interesting projects. A local pre-school wanted to provide unique play experiences for its students; Leaver Construction built a submarine, King Tut climbing structure and a Japanese Tea House.
Imagine a project that defies gravity and requires a retractable 24-foot roof for stargazing. Leaver Construction designed & built a steel structure to hold the roof. The project required a separate concrete footing to attach and stabilize up to 3 telescopes. And now at the touch of a button the homeowner can study the night sky.
