I had an unusual request for an information-only website based on a fairly graphic intense narrative of my civil rights activities in the mid-1960s. Bryan Capitano had an intuitive understanding that I was trying to add to the historical record in a way that would be broadly accessible. 1) They helped me to scope-out the situation and provide advice moving forward.
2) The proposal was very detailed, and the proposal process was easy.
3) They completed their project milestones on time and accommodated me when I didn't complete my milestones on time.
4) As the project neared completion, they were proactive in helping me to understand the things I need to learn.
5) After the website launch, they were there to help me hold it all together

I worked with Bryan at Sync Interactive recently to redesign my website and found him responsive to my questions and sensitive to my concerns. I worked with Sync Interactive to revamp our company website. We actually have two sites that are directed into different markets. We wanted them to look similar so the user knows that we're the same company but we have a few talents to express. The design presentation was fantastic and fresh and fit our company well.
