Just a returning customer letting everyone know how great of a shop this place is! Taken my Corolla here for pretty much everything, from oil changes to major issues because I know I can trust Mike and the rest of the team here. I've never walked out unsatisfied or over budget, and they always let you know your best options, and tell it exactly like it is.

Mike and his crew keep my pest control fleet going. Today he really helped us out... we had a truck down at 6 am and in his shop about 11am and he had it ready for pick up at about 2.... BOOM! Thanks Benders team. Its just not today... we use Benders for our regular services and all of our fleet mechanics needs. Benders keeps is running!

I was recommended to come here one time in the past when my brakes on my 2018 accord were making l funny noises... the mechanic Mike checked it and told me this was an issue that would be covered under warranty.. my first thought was this place is legit and not like other shops that lie to get your money.. long story short I went back to the dealer and was charged $0 by both parties .. the second time I needed regular maintenance and a new air filter.. my first thought was to call Honda dealer .. again it was going to be around $200 for both oil change and air filter.. RUDE! I came in with an appointment at 1:00 for a steering alignment. I walk up to the office and I am about to enter, and this little lady tells me "let's go outside" I tell her about my 1:00 PM appointment and she says "we don't have any appointments at 1:00, no one is here that can do alignments" then she says "leave your truck here, we will call you in a few hours" I spoke to Mike yesterday, he said to come in at 1:00 and I can just wait because it will only take 30 minutes. He was out to lunch at 1:00 so I waited in the parking lot. Next a little old man with a severe case of small man's complex

Tom, Mike and all the mechanics are super friendly and honest!
I always take my vehicles to them because I know that they will fix my issues and the prices are always reasonable! I highly recommend them for any vehicle issues you may have. I always went to a place called Brake Masters in Pomona for an alignment because that's what America's Tire Company would suggest. I went back to America's Tire Company about 7 months after getting a new tires and an alignment and there were large holes and slits throughout all of my tires because the alignment didn't do anything since my cambers were so bad. I was shocked, I drive so far for work everyday and the fact that nothing happen to me is a blessing. Benders is the best!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I am from outta state and was looking to purchase a used lexus. The first one I brought to them they gave me all the details on the things that were wrong with it, took the time to explain what was wrong and what to look for. Took it back to the dealership and he just kinda shrugged his shoulders and acted like he didn't know of any of the problems. We were new to the area and had trouble finding a reliable shop. My husband's 14 year old car needed some work and we were dreading the cost. Tom was able to fix it at a minimal cost and it's still running great 2 years later. Then the dealership where we had purchased our new car told us we were in need of several major services totaling $700. We went to Tom for a second opinion and he confirmed that most of what they quoted was unnecessary and completed what needed to be done for 1/2 the cost. We really appreciate the honest work Bender's does.
