What a lovely place to live and the front office staff are amazing! They go above and beyond for their patrons. All the staff here are top notch and I have lived here over 6+ years. In the heart of Johnson County, close to grocery stores, theaters, libraries, and Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead. Beautiful landscape and the space is unbeatable.

I have worked for Oddo Development for over 10 years and my experience with them has been great. Very family oriented, they care about their employees, and your opinions are valued and appreciated. They want the best for their employees and want them to achieve themselves. Oddo builds their properties from the ground up and does not sell, which is rare. Honest and loyal company that I will work with for many years to come.

This place is AWFUL, the landlords and management is terrible at Oddo Development, they claim to be a "brand new luxurious property" but a huge piece of my balcony exterior has been damaged for over 5 months since the first day i moved in. I have contacted them multiples times with no fix. My bathroom also has a window leak that took them over 4 months to fix, now my blinds and windows are stained and they haven't repaired them either. I'm paying $1400 to live here and they don't fix a thing and don't care as long as they collect rent every month. They also claim to be a gated community and the

In the past year I have been with the company, I have been afforded more growth opportunities than any other company I have been with in my professional career. The company is locally and family owned with team members who have been around for decades. I see my owner and vice president on a daily basis and they are never too busy to engage in meaningful conversation and ask how they can help make our team even better. Working for Oddo Development has been a dream. I enjoy having our owners and corporate office staff available whenever needed as they are local. This organization does not fix property once you sign a lease. You end up hiring someone to fix the plumbing, dishwasher etc... Even if you give 7 days or more notice. They feel they can break and enter your home without notice; you could be in the shower and they enter into your property that you rent. However, this is against the law. The fitness center at Jefferson Pointe is never cleaned and is a germ feast and the padding is torn. I would not rent from this organization.
