I had a slow leak in my tire so stopped by on my way home to have them look at it. I waited 45 minutes, they never told me how much it would be and proceeded to fix the tire. When I realized too much time had passed I looked into the garage to observe them chatting and my car was not being worked on. Only then did they say it was done. They charged me $60 (charged me for half hour of labor) and told me that my battery was no good and they had to charge it bc it wouldn’t turn the car on and had exhaust all over it. The battery is a year old and has never given me any problems. I paid and told

I took my car to two mechanics before Allison. Neither one could help me. My cousin recommended Alex at Allison. Alex was able to diagnose my transmission problem although the engine light wasn't on with codes. He test drove it with the computer diagnostics running and was able to identify the problem. He had it fixed quickly and found my brake problem, which I felt wasn't as important. He was able to fix that and give the car an oil change. I have an older model van, so finding parts wasn't so easy. My car was still ready the next day. I am handicapped and everyone was very accommodating to my

I trust Allison Auto with my car needs. Alex is very detailed and thorough, always going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. This last visit, his technician recommended a fix to the power steering line leak, and he not only double checked to see how big the leak is, took a video and explained what need to be done. Always calls to provide quotes. Prices are reasonable and the job is done well and on time. Followed COVID procedure (a huge plus). I used to go to the dealer or Mavis, but their trustworthiness and quality of service puts all others to shame.

Alex and his team were very professional, humble and honest. He had my car on the lift showed me the damage piece on the exhaust and explained what the repairs would be including the price which came out to be very decent.
