Services
Dr. Sherry Simsuangco is the owner of Optimum Care Therapy and is a graduate of Western University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program. She is an Exercise Expert for Aging Adults and has over 10 years of experience working in the geriatric population. Dr. Sherry is also an expert in manual orthopedics.
Optimum Care Therapy accepts various insurances and plans. We are credentialed with a number of top insurance providers to provide the best service to you at an affordable cost. We do not want cost to be the reason why you don't seek care. Many of our patients have had their services completely covered by their insurance providers with ZERO out of pocket from them.

If your case involves a motor vehicle accident, please also print and fill out the Auto Accident Forms in addition to the Initial Intake Forms.
