A lawsuit was filed against me, Mr. Downs worked diligently to get my case dismissed. it ended up going to trial and I won my case. I couldn't have done with without the expertise of Mr. Downs. At two times the price of any traffic ticket I have ever had to deal with, I ended up spending hours of my time to complete a defensive driving course. Following that, I sent out a guilty plea along with a money order for an additional sum of money (which was apparently never received). My address change had not been recorded, so when the court failed to get documents, they issued a letter requesting original ticket + court costs and penalties ($258). So after $500 retainer, $35 defensive driving course, $3X court cost fee, I still ended up paying ticket plus penalties. The office was helpful in

I would completely disagree with the poor review left by Joe M. I have used Les for all of my attorney needs for the last 2 years and he and his staff are wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He explained things well, charged a fair price, and stood up for me.
