This is the shop I use for most of my auto maintenance work. Peter, who runs the shop, is very nice and I've never really had any issues of overcharges, their prices seem reasonable and most likely very competitive.
Yesterday, I went in for an oil change, and also wanted to get my front brakes replaced, and a headlight restored (remove the cloudiness).
I arrived about 9:30am to have my car worked on. There were 3-4 cars already ahead of mine. Peter told me that my car should be done about 11am. I waited, waited, waited. Finally about 1pm, my car was done. I was a little irritated about waiting
