I am beyond impressed with Angie. Her knowledge, and responsiveness made buying a home easy. She helped us sort through all the houses to find one that fit our family. And when we did she had the knowledge to help us write up the best offer beating out 40 other offers on our home. Angie even helped us finish up paper work from the house we sold out of state when that realtor had forgotten to have us sign it after we were out of state.

We moved from Iowa to Florida, had basically no idea about what the lay of the land was down here other than the small area where my wife's parents lived. Blue Sun Reality/Crystal Corbitt 1707 W Reynolds St #104, Plant City, FL 33563 has served me an eviction notice on Monday leaving me with the first eviction I have to face. I live in Brandon Florida and my rental contract ended Dec.31st.
I have requested more time to prepare for such a large move, packing, loading, unloading into storage. I have already filled a 10x20ft storage which I packed a 26ft Uhaul alone except the large furniture. I was given a text at the end of November stating my contract will end at the end of the year and will not be renewed. I knew I was going to be pressed for time

Angie was fantastic and extremely responsive during the sale of our house. She and her team did a beautiful job with the pictures of the house and arranging for viewings & open house. We had the house under contract within a couple of weeks and at the price we wanted. When we decided to fix a few things to prep the house for sale, she was able to arrange a contractor, who did a very nice job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Angie was great to work with. She helped me through a short sale of my home. Even though the bank gave me bad terms at first she helped me get a lawyer who didn't charge me to get the deficiencies waved and I only ended up paying $500 in the end. It was a very hard experience but Angie took the time and worked hard to get my house sold. She even kept the buyer on through the crazy long months it took to negotiate with the bank.
