Jeremy recently helped me to change all my policies to autopay. Somebody busted the back window out of my fifth wheel. Not only did it take 6 months ... the entire summer ... to get it repaired but I had to pay for it out of pocket and wait for reimbursement due to they're inactivity on my case. I went into the office to find out why I had heard nothing 4 3 weeks and was told that I should call the adjuster. I said so you guys are just here to take our money huh? They called the adjuster for me. I was not happy with this at all. I have since moved to another state and found different insurance than State Farm

Sorry State Farm in Ellensburg & Cle Elum - but you were awesome a few years back but these days I am NOT impressed. I pay you a lot of money (20+ years) and when I have an insurance issue I should not have to do all the leg work just to get reimbursed.
