Each new patient at CHCCA is given a careful assessment at their first visit. One of our team members will go over the patient's medical history, take x-rays, and record areas of concern. Dr. Azbill will then design a treatment plan utilizing chiropractic adjustment, supported by one or more additional therapies such as rehabilitative exercises, electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound therapy, deep tissue and therapeutic massage.

They couldn’t be any nicer and initially I was so excited and wrote a very positive review. I’m visiting family in the area and hurt my back. They fit me in the schedule immediately. I was able to walk and move about. BUT the next day, after the appointment, I became immobile. Wasn’t able to stand, sit, or walk. Thought it would go away but continued until I had to be taken to urgent care. Idk, if they made the situation worse and aggravated it, so I’m gonna leave a 3 star.

My family and I have been going here for years now. Doctor and staff are always very nice, helpful and professional. They always make me feel like family when I arrive. The massage therapists are amazing! They listen and understand just what you need for an amazing experience and I always leave feeling relaxed with no stress. This place is truly a wonderful place to get your chiropractor and massage needs done!

Called the office wanting to get info about there services! The phone was answered in a rude voice ( Hello)....... so I thought I may have called a wrong number! So I asked, is this the chiropractor??????? They said yes it is....... with a attitude, so I hung up! Don't think I need to be going to an office when they are rude before I even go!!!

This chiropractic office was great!! The staff was so helpful and nice and genuinely cared about me and what they could do to help! Dr. Azbill was so great and personable! He got my back feeling a lot better! They also offer massages, both theraputic or recreational! The massage after my adjustment did wonders for my recovery!

I've been a patient over 7 years and absolutely love the office staff and Doc! I was in a LOT of pain for quite a while and Doc was patient, knowledgeable, and very effective! The staff knew me by name almost from the start and have always provided excellent, courteous, and timely service. I've recommended this office to several people over the years and they've had nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend!
