I had an amazingly awful experience. Extremely poor communication, inconsistent information, and unprofessional behavior from the support staff who literally made up a story about my behavior to cover their own incompetence. I was treated unfairly and accused of bullying simply because I asked direct questions. I have never had such a negative experience with a business before in my life.
