My wife and I are extremely selective for dental care. Everything about this practice is 5 stars: Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Office Professionals have all provided outstanding experiences. Cleanings. Fillings. Diagnosing cracked teeth. Billing. Answering questions about dental insurance. Fair and stand behind their work. I am the worst patient, being anxious about even cleanings. "Gentle" has been my experience. Been going to the practice for more than 2 years.

I absolutely love this dentist. Dr. Jeaschke has a get attitude and explains everything he is doing and wants you to feel as comfortable as possible during your visit. I had the best cleaning there too and the office staff is great to talk to when making the appointment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

No doubt by far the Best Dentist I have ever known that has exceeded all my dental experiences including previous! Dr. John Jaeschke and staff are invaluable in the level of care they provide each visit. Having lived in San Diego CA, Puget Sound WA, Dallas TX and Atlanta GA, you will be hard pressed to find one that exceeds this place.

Most unprofessional dentists ever. Would not even try to work with my schedule as they are not open Saturdays and I had a job change so I could not take time off yet. Had a crown repeatedly fall out and it even had to be replaced within 6 months of getting it because it cracked. So unless you can go weekdays for mediocre dental work during normal work hours FORGET IT.

This office is very rude. I had to cancel my appointment twice. I'm a mom of young kids and life got in the way. When I called to make my appointment again, after showing up on time to all other appointments, I was spoken to like a child. She wanted me to verbally confirm I would make the next appointment before she would schedule it. Who makes an appointment unless they plan on showing up? Also knowing there is a charged a $50 fee for canceling before. Then went on to state they hadn't heard from me after sending me a statement billing me a $50 appointment cancelation free. So after I left a review about my billing experience, Joanne called me. We agreed that because it was a mistake on their part (telling me that they took my insurance when they did not) that I would not be billed. I am still getting a billed for the services three years later.
Dr. Spragg is very thorough and everything was explained in full detail. He is an awesome dentist. I recommend that you call your insurance yourself to verify before receiving services. Unfortunately, due to the mistakes and dishonesty of his staff, I have not been back and have moved my family to Gantos Family Dental down

My son and I have been patients at Gentle Family Dentistry for over 7 years. We love the staff and the excellent patient care they provide. The office staff works very hard to make accommodations to fit all of their patients into the busy office schedule. The staff is prompt, always considerate in the timing of each appointment. We both have been seen by each Dentist and hygienist in the practice. I have confidence that everyone of their employees provide excellent dental care to each patient. I can honestly say that dental visits give me great anxiety. I was referred to Gentle Family Dental and I am so happy I went. The staff and dentists are all amazing! They are friendly, compassionate, very patient, and overall made what I feared would be an awful experience so not awful!

Highly recommend!! I've been searching for a good dentist for a LONG time. In the past I've been hit with crabby staff and crazy wait times. Here I was able to walk in, get everything done, walk out, and everyone was SO nice along the way. I even brought my nephew here (who's 7 and terrified of dentists) and HE was even smiling! Definitely will be a long-term customer!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Working with Dr. Spragg and his staff over the past few months getting my teeth in order has been BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had at ANY dental office. Their team was kind and courteous, the facility was extremely clean, and overall my mouth has never looked / felt better. Scheduled appointments for my family and had their office confirm my insurance coverage prior to our visit. Was told both verbally and on voice mail that we were covered and our out-of-pocked would be under $40. Paid the quoted amount at time of service and shortly thereafter, received an invoice for over $1,000. I disputed the bill and played the earlier voice mail, quoting my out-of-pocked of $40.
Instead of working with me and acknowledging their mistake, they sent me to collections. In my opinion, they are not ethical.
