Access Wellness Group is a Lexington-based team of very experienced and highly respected professionals who provide expert, compassionate counseling both to individual clients and families as well as to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) client companies in Kentucky.

Born in Virginia, raised in Michigan, Dr. Seitz got his undergraduate college degree in Psychology from Asbury College (now University) in Wilmore, Kentucky and then completed one year of graduate work in Bible and Theology from Asbury Theological Seminary.
Today divorce and relationship problems in general are on the rise at an alarming rate. Relationship problems can be devastating to those involved, turning people's worlds upside down.sometimes in a matter of minutes. We provide nearly immediate access to assistance and support for those facing marital/relationship problems.
Your company has available a remarkable and cost-efficient partner for helping address many of these work issues and individual concerns: an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). An EAP can offer timely problem identification and employee assessment followed by short-term intervention and treatment avenues, even referrals as necessary.

Nobody will answer the phone. It happens every time, this time is the worst. Im immediately put on hold even though I have an urgent issue with my paperwork and my doctor asked me to call. I CANT. The receptionists are aweful, and I don't know what to do. I cant even contact him through the patient portal. I have been on hold twice for over an hour before hanging up and calling again. I don't even know what to do and its so frustrating and upsetting.

Dr Seitz is exceptional--his concern and care are authentic and sincere, he's easy going, observations and insights are spot on and he has a great sense of humor.
Office staff has always been helpful and Dr. Parrish is definitely an expert on meds . I've recommended two people to this practice and they have been very satisfied as well

My experience with Access Wellness Group has been very positive. I moved back to KY a year ago and this was my third attempt to find a therapist I was comfortable with. I was placed with Sheryl Woolverton and have nothing but positive things to say about her. She is extremely knowledgeable, practices what she preaches, will challenge you and find solutions that are uniquely geared towards you. I am so grateful to be working with her. The only somewhat negative experience I have had is some difficulty in reaching the staff via phone to pay my bill. I would highly recommend Access Wellness Group

If you need medication, this is not the place for you. trying to get prescriptions refilled is like pulling teeth. you try and request them a week prior to refill time, they say that it's too early. you try to request them 2 days before they are supposed to be filled, they tell you they can't do it that certain day or it will be another 5 days. me and my husband have both been coming here since December and this happens EVERY month. EVERY month we are forced to stop taking our psych meds cold turkey. I have finally switched practices, but my husband is still seeing them. and of course it happens

Dr. Seitz is really cool but it wasn’t enough to keep going there. He diagnosed me with ADHD and referred me to a prescribing psychiatrist. Dr. Parrish ordered me to double my meds…a month and a half thru my 90 day refill and I’m out. She says she won’t put in a refill.
What a joke! This woman literally set me up for failure. What doctor is willing to let someone just drop off a psych med??
Awful…AWFUL. Avoid at all cost.

I've been a patient at Access Wellness since the day they opened. Every doctor and counselor I have worked with has been great. They take time to listen, to appreciate your story, and then they try to find a genuine solution to help you. I recommend this office to friends and family almost every week.

Poor service from office staff. The only medical office you can that will not answer the phone after multiple attempts during business hours. I do not recommend this office to anyone!
