Do not rent from these people. They only care about getting the rent, they don't fix anything in a timely manner, they don't do anything about problem neighbors screaming and fighting all night, when you try to complain Wally texted back and said "shut the f### up. I have a life. " They are slumlords.

Great realty company and down to earth, I have rented from them several times and will continue, don’t but into the few negative reviews because sometimes people over exaggerate, I have had zero issues with this company and they have always repaired things in a timely manner and if they kept your deposit it’s most likely because you left the house in bad way, I give them 5 stars

We have been tenants in a property managed by Erickson Realty for the past three years. From signing the lease, rent payment, to repair requests this company has exceed our expectations in professionalism and tenant care.
On the rare occasion that repairs have been required, I found the on-line manitenance request form easy to use. Response to requests have been quick, usually by 9 AM the following morning. The repair technicians have been prompt and professional.
I highly recommend Erickson as a property managment company.
