I have nothing but rave remarks for Mr. Scott. He is a wealth of knowledge and literally goes above and beyond for his clients. My family and I started our home buying journey in November 2020, and through different hurdles and delays, we recently closed on our home in April of 2021. Charles Scott found worse tenants for me charge me $15000 to get people that dont pay they rent. I been trying to contact Charles and dont answer my phone calls or email left him voice mail and don't answer i feel he didnt do a good enough job searching for a good tenant now I'm stuck with somebody that dont pay the rent
