We believe each client is an individual, so we evaluate each person at every visit and tailor the session to meet the needs most acute at that time. We have a team of therapeutic massage therapists to provide flexible scheduling, so we're open evenings and weekends by appointment only. Our office is located in the Crystal Gardens Shopping Center on College Avenue, between Monroe and Foothills.

Gayle A. Tanaka (Formerly - Gayle T. Martinchick) is originally from Wyoming. She currently practices as a clinical faculty nurse-midwife at the University of Colorado in Denver subcontracted into the Jefferson County Jail to provide OB/GYN care to the female inmates, is a Registered Nurse at Mountain Crest Psychiatric Hospital in Fort Collins, and owns Tranquil Health Massage & Wellness Center, LLC.
Swedish Massage is a modality of massage that uses long, flushing strokes over the body with a light to moderate pressure. You may also have heard it called a "full-body or relaxation massage". It is meant to create relaxation and increase circulation throughout the body, also helpful to flush toxins from the tissue into the blood stream so your body can get rid of them.
Go south on College Ave. through the lights at Swallow and Foothills. As soon as you pass through the intersection at Foothills, take the 1st right turn into Red Lobster's parking lot. Next door to Red Lobster you'll see The New Nails Spa. In front of The New Nails Spa is Stairway #1. Our office is the first door on the right at the top of Stairway #1, on the 2nd level of the Crystal Gardens Shopping Center.
