They have been our insurance company for two decades and have always come up with good pricing. Our only problem is that my wife and I have become rather immobile over the years and they are not an agancy that often visits their clients. We either have to mail documents back or take time to actually visit their office. We are only 7 miles away - for either of us. BUT, that being said, they are very thorough, competitive with their pricing and nice people to deal with (mostly over the phone)
