It is just frustrating to deal with this company,i'm with this company with past 2 years, the company got hacked recently and they didn't even notify anybody about what information got stolen, i'm sure all the users information was stolen, i kept getting spam threat calls saying the call is from IRS and i will be arrested in 24 hours, if i don't call back.
I submitted my documents for 2017 joint tax filing, they said it's gonna get filed, but no information so far.
I don't know if they have filed it online or got an extension or just straight ignored my profile.
I'm sure they might have missed
