I currently live here - not for much longer thankfully. We have been here for 1.5 years and once again our washing machine is not working, the dishwasher does not work, someone has tried to break into our home 3 times and used the code to do so but they are unable to change the code (that’s super safe :/). When we first moved in we loved it here then we started to experience issues. The property management person just talks over you and refuses to provide resolution and has the poorest attitude and complete lack of professionalism. We are counting down the days until we move. DON'T do business with this people I hope they get sued one day ,the way they are doing things I don't think it's that far. They have my deposit after charging me for everything they could think of they haven't given me my money even though the law says they have sixty days to give me back my deposit. Honestly people please stay away from them or you will regret it.

DO NOT do business with Feltrim Group at all.
If you are the property owner and wish to find a management Co. Feltrim Group will be your worst nightmare:
1. They collect the rent and DO NOT pay you on regular bases.
2. You only be able to reach their accounting dept. not the property mgmt.dept.? and no one will return your messages or phone call ( from their manager - Timara to their V.P.- Rebacca)
3. Feltrim will deduct any fee without explanations? and you just can't reach them to find out!
If you are the Tenant:
Feltrim will just sit on your complains and repair tickets?
I strongly wonder

Very disappointed with my experience with Feltrim. I went so far as being given a move in date. They asked me if it would be alright if the date was pushed slightly since it may not be ready on time. What followed was three weeks of ignoring texts, emails, and eventually phone calls. On my original move in date I called them again and was finally told they could not contact the owner and would not be able to rent the property. I was given back my application fee, but there was nothing they could do to give me back the THREE WEEKS of apartment hunting I missed out on, having been accepted at their

I'm Satisfied with my overall experience with the Feltrim group. The young lady who showed me the apartment was very polite and courteous with me. I was about 30 minutes late to the showing and she was very cheerful and pleasant. I was frustrated upon arrival because I was rushing to make it, but she assured me it was ok and calmed me down. I really appreciate all the help and patience! Thank You!

My friend bought a house, over budget, and poorly designed house. The worst part is that the buyer has to pre-pay everything upfront. By the time the roof is put on, 85% of the total price paid.
The contract is outrageously onside, and it stripped all the legal rights of a buyer. I guess because they tried to fool these foreign buyers.
I would agree with the other two reviews if there is a zero score, or negative score, I would give them such score. They only deserve such horrible review. I did say horrible review for horrible product/services.

I actually recently spoke to Jerilyn Torres and I honestly was and still am truly satisfied of the type of way she was presenting herself. She showed the property and was extremely knowledgeable and very professional I have and will continue to refer Individuals to Feltim Group Due to the simple fact that Miss Torres really knows her product. 5 Stars I truly say Thank you Jerilyn.

If only I could give ZERO, I would. They dont deserve a single star. The lady showing you the property has no idea what she is talking about. She will give you wrong information about the lease, tell you that the condo will be furnished and later during the lease signing she will completely change what was told before. I would advice anyone to take in writing from them whatever they promise. I am specifically talking about Jerilyn Torres and her Manager India Lyle, worst customer service experience ever. They will just take your application money and at the end leave you with no house. BEWARE!
