Dr. Ana Fernandez attended the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic, where she received her Doctor in Estomatology degree. She practiced general dentistry in the Dominican Republic for two years before moving to the United States, where she was accepted into the New York University School of Dentistry, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2001.

I had my teeth cleaned w/ Mary Jane today and she was fantastic! i am a terribly nervous person when i go to the dentist for any reason and she was so kind and reassuring and gentle. Dr. Hernandez was wonderful too. i would recommend them to anyone who has a hard time going to the dentist because of nerves.

I've been with this practice for many years seeing both Dr Eagan and Dr Fernandez. They are professional and friendly and painless! They constantly update their equipment and have the most innovative procedures particularly with lasers.
Jan and Pat hold it all together and will find a way to accommodate your needs. And Kelly my hygienist is simply the best, she is awesome, she walks on water. And she didn't pay me to say that.
Their varied office hours have made it possible for me to stay with them through job changes. Who knew going to the dentist could be fun? I wouldn't go anywhere

I have been a patient of Dr Egan and Dr Fernandez for over 27 years. They provide amazing care with the most up to date technology. The entire staff is extremely friendly and very professional. They meet the individual needs of each patient and find a way to make the experience less anxiety provoking. I highly recommend them and often refer friends and coworkers to their practice.

Dr. Fernandez is extraordinary dentist. She has a love for her patients and attention to detail that sets her apart from every other dentist I have ever had in my life. My children and husband go to her as well. She and her staff are great with the kids. Her cosmetic work is also fantastic. I highly recommend this group!

Simply the best in Hartford County. I left my previous Glastonbury employer several years ago and still hike down RT 2 from Farmington for this practice. They're like family. I'm impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the incorporation of technology, the state of the art facilities, & the skills of Dr. Egan & Fernandez. My routine visits and Invisalign have been smooth and it's nice to be in the Center by Max Fish, Starbucks, B.Good, & shopping. An overall positive experience and highly recommended.

The staff is so friendly and energetic. The work of the hygienist was superb. Very thorough and happy to explain everything that was going on in my mouth. The exam was top notch and the technology they used was some of the best I've ever seen. Dr. Hernandez was very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend.

Dr. Ana Fernandez has been my primary dentist for the past 10 years. She is gentle and kind and absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. I would never consider another dentist. The staff at this office is fantastic, beginning with Jan at the front desk. Jan holds the office together by her warm personal touch with each client. She schedules my families appointments around our busy schedules with great ease, and rescheduling is NEVER a problem. The hygienists are equally fantastic and Kelly always makes my smile brighter! Dr. Egan has been my dentist for a long time - over 30 years. I joke that I was his first patient out of dental school! He has amazing skills and is constantly upgrading his equipment and services to make any procedure as quick and convenient as possible. I always judge an office by the quality and longevity of the staff, Kelly has been there at least 20 years, Pat almost as long. If you need anything from cleaning to a root canal to veneers to laser, you will be so happy that you to put yourself into expert hands.

I've been seeing Dr. Egan and Dr. Fernandez for years. The staff makes me feel very comfortable and they've always taken very good care of my teeth. The office itself is very nice, more like a spa than a dentist's office. Their hygienist Kelly has been there forever, and in addition to doing a great job cleaning my teeth she rocks to '80s tunes.
