If I could give this dentist zero stars I would!
We were looking for a new family dentist that was in our network and Gardens Dental Care popped up. I feel lucky that I went in with my daughter who is now 18. They told her she had 9 cavities and needed lots of other work. They tried to get her to commit to a $4800 contract on the first visit.
We left and got a second opinion only to find she had NO cavities at all and the extra work Gardens Dental Care had told us she needed was unnecessary.
They told us she had 9 cavities......She had NONE!

We just moved here in Palm Beach Gardens and last weekend eating in the restaurant my crown fell. The whole weekend I’m having a problem where to go to fix it. I found online Garden Dental care .My husband called
If they can see me today cause I really need it ASAP. They gave me appointment right away and fixed my crown. The Dr.and assistant are very nice and professional. Excellent team. Very happy with the services. Before leaving the office I made an appointment for me and my husband for our annual cleaning. For sure my husband will be impressed as well.

This really is a professional dental office. Everyone was so pleasant and caring. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care you receive.

What a mess of a place !!
Been here 2 times , wanted to give them another chance . I came here 2 years ago and now it's even worse . Employees are not professional and don't know what they are doing and you will see that easily . They don't do what they say they going to do . Don't believe the google reviews . Save your time and money and go to another place. Will NOT be back

The staff were very kind. The dental assistant/ hygienist and dentist put me at ease. Very comforting. They truly helped me with my anxiety and feelings of shame. I do wish they accepted payment plans, but otherwise very pleased.

The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional and personable. Dr. Williams is a great doctor ensuring that you understand everything that needs to be done. Dr. Williams is the reason I came to the office. I enjoyed the overall service at the office. I plan to return in the future for my dental needs.

I was told by the dentist ( who I have never met before), not Dr. Yates, if I wasn't going to get the work they recommended done at their office NOT to come back to their office for future cleanings. WOW! now that's a way to start a relationship with a potential patient. Needless to say I can find another Dentist office who will clean my teeth, and not try to force me to have work done, but rather build trust and be there when I am ready to get work done. Ms. Dentist, your bed side manner needs polishing.

I went in for a cleaning, or periodontal maintenance, as it is called, yesterday. I had previously had Rachel, who was fantastic, but has sadly moved on to another career. This time, I believe the hygienist's name was Monica. She was pleasant enough but very slow and would frequently stop her work to talk, instead of multi-tasking. At one point,… she scraped the front of my gums with the device that sucks up the water, which was painful. She thought I had an issue with dry lips and asked if I wanted chapstick, so I had to explain that she hurt me, and she ignored me and did not apologize

The best dentist I have ever been to. The entire staff is so friendly and genuinely care about how you are doing. They make it a point to get to know their patients. They will never try to pull a fast one on you either. They walk you through everything they are doing and why they need to do it. They also get your consent before doing any work on you. I was also super impressed that they use all the latest technology and equipment. Good to know I am in the best care. Could not recommend this dentist enough!

I was a new patient recently and had a great office visit. Monica was wonderful and very informative about things I needed to do to improve my oral hygiene. Dr. Yates spent the time to be sure I was comfortable with recommendations. This dental practice is the best.

Highly recommend! We’ve recently moved 45 minutes North to Port St Lucie and will gladly drive to still visit this office. Everyone there is awesome, which is truly rare. Cant say enough good things about Gardens Dental.

Best dentist in the area! I no longer fear the dentist, Dr. Yates and Dr. Roshkind are extremely knowledgeable, and open to exploring all options for treatment. Front-office staff are welcoming and helpful and very flexible with scheduling.

Everyone was so kind and understanding - I had an amazing hygienist named Paulette who so loveibgky cared my for my teeth!
I went in for 3 fillings and the doctor and hygienist were soooooo compassionate while I was squirming... they even rubbed my shoulder to help keep me calm!
I don't think I will ever be able to go to another Dentist again!

The best dentist!!! Dr Yates is very skilled and understanding with nervous patients, as are all the staff there -and he has great hygienists too who do a fantastic cleaning. The whole office is super clean, they always have on time appointments and do great work. I wouldn't consider anywhere else- just go to Dr Yates!

At thirty (ahem) something, I got my first cavity. I was so nervous that the team loaned me a pair of noise-cancelling headphones to drown out the sound. Finding a great dentist isn't easy these days...finding a great dentist AND a great staff and hygienist...that's a tall order! I found Dr. Yates through the Cerec website. For those of you not familiar with Cerec, it's the equipment that allows a dentist to make a crown at their office while you wait (instead of coming back in 2 weeks). I figured if they have this technology, then they must be well equipped.

Rachel and Dr. Yates are an absolute dream to work with. I've had a history of major dental issues. Comfort and financial transparency at the top of my priority list. I'm not currently committed to the 20,000 dollar bill they are claiming it to be, however, I have not had a detailed conversation with their team as of yet.

I would absolutely recommend this facility based on the the professionalism and welcoming atmosphere that is provided by Rachel and Dr. Yates. Based on these two I am sure the rest of the staff are wonderful but I would advise that you request to be seen by them

My first visit to Dr Yates office was in February 2016 for a consultation for MTM aligners. I was told approximately 5 months total for the process. I did my impressions and was on my way. They called me the next day because they forgot to take an xray. I was told I would have my aligners in 2-3 weeks. I called at the end of week 3 and was told that they were leaving the factory and I would have them shortly. I called again after week 5 and they said they weren't even made yet and they weren't sure why I was told that. In total, it took 8 weeks for me to receive my first aligners. At

Shockingly Positive Experience!

Like most, I have a fear of the dentist! It's the last appointment I want to make but I know it has to be done! I suffer from bad gums and cavity prone teeth. But NOT HERE!

Dr. Yates & his staff are absolutely amazing!! My cleaning was gently and precisely done by the fabulous Ashley! Listening to my fears, taking time to thoroughly de-scale my gums and teeth, and over all making the process more than bearable have me singing Gardens Dental praises forever!

I went to the office of Dr Yates as a new patient and was treated in a first class nature from the front office, the hygienist, the chair side assistant and Dr Yates himself. I had extensive dental work done and was so impressed with the high tech office equipment, the precision to which every part of the procedures were done and the speed. All during the visit I was continually asked if I were comfortable and free of pain.
I worked for a dentist many years ago and I am very observant to office procedures and patient care, Dr Yates and his staff far exceeded all of my expectations.

The entire experience was perfect! They're super friendly on the phone, helpful in person and extremely professional. I had my 6 month exam, cleaning and x-rays and I was so pleased with everyone's bedside manor. The doctor is experienced and personable. I liked the office so much, I've even sent 2 of my clients there too!

Friendly staff but I am overall disappointed on the fact that Invisalign gets pushed to me at every visit despite having had an Orthodontic and Invisalign tell me I am not a good candidate

They're all so extremely professional and very skilled at their jobs from the hygienist to the front office and not but least Dr. Yates. Thanks for making an unpleasant experience pleasant.

Mix feelings. I moved to the area looking for a new dentist. I loved my old dentist in Boca.

Now I'm not saying don't go I'm just saying be careful. Three stars should convey this.

Summary
Office staff was very nice. The establishment was clean and professional. However, I am always weary about aggressive offices. I was up-sold a few times.

I came in for a cleaning and they refused to clean because I needed a deep scaling. I understand that it will close up the pockets but..... I just spoke with a dentist friend of mine and he said I should have never been refused the cleaning

I recommend Dr. Yates and his entire staff with 100% confidence. This is the whole package . Excellent office management, comfortable and clean environment, top of the line equipment, amazing Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistances, and of course a highly skilled Dentist Dr. Yates !
Having anxiety and very bad experiences with many dentists from a young age caused long gaps between visits and a lack of trust resulting in a lengthy treatment plan. I'm happy to say that right now I have no outstanding work....the first time in about 11 years!
