Mike has been with Nelson-Rudie since 1985 and is a principal and chief mechanical engineer responsible for all mechanical engineering functions and assists in company operations.

Nelson-Rudie is a consulting engineering firm offering structural, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration services to public and private clients throughout the United States and Canada. Our clients are architects, building owners, developers and general contractors. We have built a solid foundation having worked on nearly all building and project types varying in size and complexity.
Dennis and Scott previously worked together at The Cerny Associates, an architectural and engineering firm in Minneapolis, where Dennis led the structural engineering department and Scott led the mechanical engineering department. The first Nelson-Rudie office was located downtown Minneapolis. Steve and Ron retired from Nelson-Rudie after 40+ years with the company.
Nearly all our projects utilize design technology programs. We integrate BIM into our document preparation utilizing the latest versions of Revit, Navisworks, among others. Our engineers, designers and drafters are also proficient in the use of AutoCAD and MicroStation.
