My first experience with Mac’s tires was excellent. New tires at the lowest price, in and out, not too bad a wait. This is an excellent place to buy tires.
I thought I’d give their mechanics a shot and had them replace bearings and u-joint on one side. They did the work for a reasonable price ($350 ish for bearings and ujoint). I made the one-hour drive home okay, but when I went to use the car again, it had no brakes and was vomiting transmission fluid. It was so bad, I thought someone had sabotaged my vehicle. When I was able to get a look, I found that the transmission fluid cooling line

10-04-2021= I came to Mac's Tire Pros after a referral from my neighbor who said that they had a friendly staff + did x5 Star work...and he was correct! I bought new tires for my Toyota prerunner Tacoma pickup but didn't get an alignment for x6 months AND it ran ... let's say 'on its own'! 😟. After the Service Technician did his 'magic'-NO wobbling+it now runs in a straight line when I carefully let go of the wheel to Test it. So-o-o I'd say... you've surpassed 'Achieving Your Goals'! Expert, professional, FAST, and reasonably priced. I was very pleased with my tire purchase at Mac's and my interactions with Rodney. I was in and out within one hour. They were 10X better than Firestone, and $200 less expensive. Their tire prices matched Walmart and the cheapest tire sources. Their hourly rate for standard mechanical work is $105. They seemed 100% honest and ethical.

I arrived on a Friday around 2pm. Got my alignment done on a 96 4runner lifted with 33s in 45 minutes. Highly impressed with the work and polite employees. They are a bunch of cool guys and Kenny is the man. I will be bringing my Lexus Suv for an alignment soon and other work done. Highly recommend this tire shop in Clovis. Great local spot. Again, I will be bringing more work back for these guys on my other vehicle!!

I have been taking our cars to Mac's for several years because our mechanic doesn't do brakes and this is where he recommends. I have never been disappointed with the service at Mac's. I am not a car person and they always explain things so I can understand but never make me feel dumb. The prices are reasonable and service is great. I am happy to be supporting a local business!

My mother in law took her 09 Camry in today, they quoted $700 for a full brake job, btw its just resurfacing the rotors, and a new radiator! I called and spoke to Rodney, apparently he's the owner, I asked how does a brake job cost $400, he explained $180 per axle! And then I asked how the hell does it need a new radiator! Does it leak! Is it leaking! I reminded him that I just drove that car Friday! That's how I found out it needed new rotors and pads! NOTHING MORE! Took my 02 Tacoma in on Wednesday informing Rodney I'm leaving for Mammoth today. Though they were slammed with work, they had my truck ready to go in time. I had a ton of work needing to be done as well and can't say enough how much I appreciate the level of customer service I received. They're honest, they're fairly priced, and they're incredibly friendly.
