Hello everyone I am Ariel West, the Lead Assistant at Mak Dental. I love what I do, I believe god's purpose for me is to help others smile. Growing up, visits to the family dentist were exciting for me, I always hid around the office just to watch the flow of things.
By the time high school came around I wrote, in my goals notebook, " I will be in the dental field, "! Through the many obstacles of life, I managed to get my dental assistant degree after finished high school, and I have now been committed to the dental field for over 7yrs, but I am not done, I continued my education & can't-wait to put my dental hygiene degree to work, I love this, helping others smile & feel confident to be motivated in life.

Dr. Guirguis graduated in 1983, obtaining his DDS degree from the faculty of dentistry at the University of Alexandria. After completing his residency, he went to postgraduate school and attained his Masters degree in restorative dentistry, endodontics and fixed prosthodontics.
He then moved with his family to the gulf area where he worked as a consultant in restorative dentistry, focusing on delivering the most esthetic treatment modalities using the latest technology available.During his fourteen years spent in the gulf area, Dr. Guirguis was deeply involved in the field of Implantology in both divisions surgical and prosthetic.

MAK Dental is the only dental practice I'll go to. The dentists and staff there are all experienced, kind and professional. They keep up to date with all the newest dental procedures and equipment which is awesome!!
My dentist, Dr. Kuharchuk, is extremely knowledgeable and very kind and gentle. For the first portion of my life I've had a huge fear of dentists and she has helped me so much at working through this fear. I can now go to my appointment without suffering from anxiety for days in advance!
I'm told by my brother-in-law that Dr. Niger, his dentist there, follows in Dr. Kuharchuk's footsteps

MAK has been our family dentist for more than thirty years. The quality of their service is second to none. They are reliable, trustworthy and they always take the time to listen and to provide options. I truly consider MAK to be an extended member of the family. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I am 68 years old and have been to many dentists in my life. Dr Kuharchuk is by far the very best. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. More importantly, she is highly respectful of you, the patient. The entire staff from the dental assistants to the front line staff are caring and polite, and appointments always run time. As an added bonus, the office bright and airy, is easily accessible and there is plenty of free parking.

I have been a patient with MAK dental for 20-25 years and have always had great service. I just had an acute dental issue and MAK dental went above and beyond. Dr. K. responded to my calls on Saturday and Sunday to assess me and call in prescriptions. Monday morning Dawn called for details to set up the appointments I needed for specialists and by Friday I was in dental surgery. I was monitored and supported during the entire time. I was in extreme pain and was so happy for the professional team MAK dental has available. I had some questions after the surgery and Dr. K. on her own time met with

Dr. Nijjer is kind, explains things well, and works efficiently. I had a hard-to-access cavity and he got it done quickly and with minimal discomfort. Trina, his dental assistant, and Julia, the hygienist I've seen, are thorough, friendly, and professional.
Also, the last dental office I went to gave me icky sales-y vibes - which was the main reason I searched for a new dentist - but I don't experience that at all at MAK Dental.
Oh and you can watch "Love it or List It" while you get your teeth worked on LOL

This is an excellent dental practice. I have been to the clinic for twenty plus years and I have excellent teeth.
Dentist always tells you the status of your teeth, best practices to use when brushing, etc., and what you need to have done.
During the covid battle, the dentist office follows all the procedures, with the building adjusted, care for the patients and a feeling that it is safe in the dental chair.
