Massage can be adjusted to your tolerance level to accommodate all body types! Deeper than deep tissue, excellent for athletes, large framed body types, deep tissue lovers, and those with dense muscle tissue or chronic pain. Just like any massage you are used to receiving, only better! Deep, passive stretches to increase your flexibility, and offset some of the stiffness that inevitably creeps upon the body as year's progress.
Where will my massage take place? Your massage will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will lie on a heated table especially designed for your comfort. Must I be completely undressed? Most massage and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; Ashiatsu is best received completely unclothed, however, you may undress to your comfort level.

Alice is well known for her advanced bodywork technique, Ashiatsu Barefoot Bar Therapy or Barefoot Massage. The theories and techniques that she was trained in to use her hands are actually incorporated into the massages that she gives with her feet. Alice received her education at Antonelli College in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated, summa cum laude, with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Massage.
