They put on a front that they are luxury living, but they are not. The only reason I leased this place was because of the movie theater and hot tub, but they got rid of the movie theater and the hot tub hasn't been open since before the pandemic. Laundry machines don't work, & your personal belongings are not respected in the communal laundry room. The lobby is very nice to fool you into thinking the rest of the building is also as nice, but its pretty average overpriced student housing. Customer service is unsatisfactory. The keycards don't work well, the parking garage is tight
