I no longer live in NC but had an old traffic ticket that caused a block on my drivers license. I contacted Hancock Law firm and they were very responsive and were able to appear on my behalf for what I thought was a very reasonable price but then I was so happy because they were able to not only get the ticket DISMISSED but then sent me a refund for the court cost portion of their retainer! I would highly recommend this firm for any traffic or criminal matters!

We spoke on the phone, he gave me the process and what to expect and when. He followed up quickly and even earlier than he had committed and got things resolved to my satisfaction.

Mr. Hancock was able to get a traffic ticket dismissed for me at a very reasonable rate! I had another ticket dismissed in another county the very same day and it caused a glitch in the DMV system. The DMV mistakenly gave me two failure to appears on my record and suspended my license. To resolve the issue, I needed to have the failure to appears re-stricken from my record. Mr. Hancock took care of this for me with no extra fee. I really appreciated that help! I would definitely use Mr. Hancock in the future! Hopefully will never need to again though!

Joel did a fantastic job for me! Upon my initial online inquiry to his website, he responded in about 30 minutes. From there, he answered all of my questions related to my offense and gave me an honest answer regarding his ability to help. He was responsive, honest, and set proper expectations.
