I made an appointment as a new patient to get a crown done. I waited for Dr Vande Merwe (he came highly recommended by friends) for 15 min in the chair. When he came in, he didn’t address me and just started talking to the assistant. He looked in my mouth once, said something I didn’t understand to the assistant, and then walked out. She said, “Ok it looks like you’ll have to come back in a couple weeks. We don’t have the right equipment.” The doctor never even spoke to me. I came in for a very routine procedure and he didn’t even feel the need to explain to me what was going on,
