I took my dog in today and he ended up needing to he put down. Doctor Summers was such a wonderful vet to have during thus time. She explained his condition wonderfully and gave me an hour to come to a decision. After we were moved to a big room where we could hold and love our best friend one last time. Ans when it was time for him to go she was so gentle and told him he was loved. Let us sit with us for as long as we needed. And was so patient and understanding. She brought light into one of the worst experiences ive ever faced and I'm so grateful for her kindness. She truly loves animals. When

Grateful to have a place like IndyVet within reach - might have lost my pet otherwise. ALL staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Techs were extremely caring and compassionate to my pet. Techs and doctors always asked if I had any questions, and took the time to thoroughly answer them.
Only gripe (minor) is that my carrier and blankets were lost.
What I appreciated most was the time taken by everyone to completely explain things to me and thoroughly answer all of my questions; not feeling rushed.

I didn’t have to wait at all to go back in a room and have my dog seen in the emergency department. They were very thorough and explained what was going on. Ultimately thought I was going to be spending quiet a bit as she had to be sedated to get everything taken care of. However the price was unbeatable. Very reasonable, especially for the type of care we received. I’m so glad I chose to go here, and if I ever have another emergency situation, we will definitely go back. The team was extremely kind and helpful.

I'm shocked by the distinction in professionalism, compassion, and aptitude between this organization and other emergency veterinarians in the Indianapolis area (including Purdue in West Lafayette). My senior, terminal cat passed recently, and I'm so grateful that he passed at this hospital. I had used this hospital two previous times in the past year, and I noticed a difference immediately. From the front desk staff who answered my first phone call, to the vet techs, veterinarians, and billing staff, this organization is different. No ego (unlike Purdue), no careless rushing (unlike Purdue), and

We had a wonderful experience. The vet and technicians were willing and happy to work with my very anxious dog. They went above and beyond to provide him with the care he needed and coached me through the process as well. They were very patient, caring, understanding, and thorough. The attentiveness of the staff was exceptional.

Staff was very nice and took good care of our dog Abel. I expressed concerns of someone coming up to the vehicle outside and they were very kind and accommodating and took us straight to an exam room once we arrived. They were very thorough and explained every test and what to expect. They will definitely be my go to place anytime I have a pet emergency from now on! Taking the time to listen to concerns and took a scary situation for us very seriously. But from the front desk to the tech to the vet everyone was so kind. Abel is feeling so much better!!

We are amazed at the caring and professional staff at Indy Vet. We were afraid that we would lose our sweet Bailey girl. Your quick treatment plan along with answered prayer saved her life. We called periodically while she was hospitalized to check on her progress and we were always treated with care and kindness; the staff never acted like it was a burden. We were also allowed to visit with our furbaby. We need more clinics like Indy Vet across Indiana! They truly treat your beloved pet as their pet!

The staff was so helpful and kind. They really helped to ease my worries about my cat and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. They worked diligently to keep my cat calm and comfortable and did not push or agitate him. They took us in quickly and made sure we felt important and cared about. I've never had such a good vet experience. I especially appreciated how kind and informed all of the staff members were.

They told me my dog was going to have to have here eye removed. She had an ulcer on her cornea. We had 3 different trips, 5-6 different medications, and spent thousands of dollars. Day before her eye removal we went and saw a local vet in Greenfield. One thing of new eye drops did the trick and her eye was doing better the next day. Her eye was saved with only scar tissue left. She's perfectly fine now and has both eyes.
