Services
Tamara Quezaire, licensed and certified massage therapist, is the founder and principal of Massage Moment Advanced Therapy (formerly Innerbalance Therapeutic Arts), founded in Boulder in 1992. With skill and intuition honed over decades, she deftly addresses her client's needs and intentions by seamlessly integrating a variety of therapeutic massage approaches.
At Massage Moment Advanced Therapy, we understand that no two people are the same. You can be confident that every session will be skillfully tailored to your specific needs. These are some of the bodywork techniques we apply. After localized "knots", known as trigger points, are identified in the muscles, they are then stretched using a combination of passive and active techniques.

I think Tamara Quezaire is the most skilled massage therapist I've ever worked with. She helped me recover from shoulder and knee injuries last summer, and even after I had recovered from that, I continued with her because of her almost magical ability to pinpoint and relieve the areas of stress that develop in a desk-bound job. Highly recommended!

I like Massage Moment! The office is very clean and relaxing. I have only seen Darcy, who is amazing at what she does, and is very professional. I do think that Massage Moment is a bit pricey, but a nice treat every once in awhile, and is worth it when you can afford it. Also like the website, and being able to make an appointment online. My one complaint is that they do try and push you to continue coming back, when I would prefer to make my next appointment at my leisure instead of making it a regular thing, because like I said, it costs a lot of money for a massage, and I can't afford to do

Liz gave me a wonderful massage. She has a real gift and nice balance of knowing when to apply more or less pressure. Working an office job my shoulders are always tight. After having a massage with her I can say they have significantly improved. She is welcoming and made me feel at ease. I will certainly be making Liz my go-to for massages. Try her out-you won't be disappointed !
