The lady who helped me on the phone to get an appointment was really kind and the people there obviously knew what they were doing and explained everything to me where I could understand. They helped me with my car problem when others couldn’t. I am definitely going to this place again if anything happens to my car.

Was great from the moment I called in and spoke to Richelle. Took my Audi in for diagnostics since I couldn't figure out the problem myself and let told me exactly what was wrong. Although I was unable to keep the vehicle they were still amazing with their service and I trust the mechanical capabilities

So… This review is very overdue—about 17 years overdue. Not sure if Mr. McLeod is still the head mechanic here (as I don’t live in Florida anymore), but in my life so far, I know of just two mechanics that were honest and competent. McLeod’s was one of them. The reason I searched this repair shop after all these years is because I was watching Scotty Kilmer on YouTube titled, “3 Mechanic Scams Caught on Camera”, and thinking how rare honest and competent car mechanics are these days. People think dealerships are trustworthy, but it’s not always the case. Shops are hiring younger kids

Due to the onset of hurricane Michael we were unable to get in to have work done but the service writer took the time to have a look anyway and let us know what the problem was. This was a major lifesaver and I walked away with the confidence to be able to make it home. This man, (wish I knew his name), saved me a lot of worry by taking the time to give me info. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely do business here. So grateful!
