Tom from RC Norman came out to my house on July 31. He smelled up my entire house with a smoker’s smell that lasted for hours. To make matters worse, it is now September 20, and I’m still waiting on my original quote for the job. I called the office to ask about the quote a 3 weeks ago, and Tom said he needed more time. At this point, I’m not waiting any longer for a quote... I’ll just do business with someone who actually wants my business. Best advice, go with another company.

My landlord insists on using rc norman, but they have been nothing but an inconvenience. They take up my entire driveway (which I pay for) for entire days, leaving me to park in the street which is ridiculous and unacceptable. I am a father and shouldn't have to make my child walk through the snow to come in the house, and I shouldn't have to bring groceries from the street. They leave messes everywhere every time they do anything, and have literally damaged things in my home. To tell you to go with literally any other company is an understatement. Very professional remodeling company in the Akron area. They gave me a reasonable quote, answered all of my questions, and made a very good impression on me and my husband. I used them last spring to remodel a small spare bathroom in my home. It came out better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend this company for anyone in the Stow OH area looking for a reputable bathroom remodeler.
