Very impressed with Ottawa Beach Dental. The front desk staff is welcoming, the dental hygienists explained everything before they did anything to make sure I was comfortable. And the Doctor was calm, reassuring and very friendly. Overall, this was one of my best experiences at a dentist office, thank you Ottawa Beach Dental!

After suffering a recent dental emergency, then a delayed appointment.... and then having it rescheduled to yet a later date, I sought out a NEW dentist.
ONE call to Ottawa Beach Dental and I was in the chair, being treated, on the very same day.

New customer process was fast, all staff was pleasant, and Dr. Poel was quick to bring relief to my issue.

To say I was a little nervous changing dentist offices after 25+ years would be a massive understatement. I am thrilled to say that I could not possibly be any happier with this office. Everyone from the receptionist, to the scheduling person, the dental hygienists and Dr. Poel -- they were all so kind, helpful, caring just so sweet to me and my son. I have a child with severe anxiety (another reason I was anxious about leaving our prior dentist) and everyone went out of their way to discreetly monitor how he was feeling and make sure he wasn't scared when he ended up needing a tooth pulled. This was my first visit to Ottawa Beach Dental. The staff were all professional and welcoming, and genuinely concerned for my comfort during the exam. Cara was thorough and gentle, Dr. Poel made sure I understood the treatment plan for my care going forward. It was a very pleasant visit and I would highly recommend this dental practice.

This was my first time to this dental office. Check in was easy and the staff was very courteous. The dentist was beyond friendly and took time to get to know me. He actually cared and wants what is best for my teeth. He took the time to discuss factors that were the cause of my cavities and provided easy preventative solutions I could do at home. The dentist also discussed dental treatment that worked best for me financially with the lowest cost. What I really liked the most was he was very nice not only to me but his staff also. I honestly had a great experience and highly recommend this dental
