The main highlight was meeting Bob Hoff. He made me feel comfortable with the process of selling my home and any time I would have a question, he would explain whatever it was without making me feel like I was a bother to him. my condo sold as soon as he listed it and joined in with the excitement I felt. Phenomenal! We recently closed on our dream house and Katie Pearson (Deselms) was truly excellent. We moved from out of state which presented its own challenges.
She went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. She even went as far as to go to homes on our behalf, film detailed videos, edit them and send to us. She negotiated additional bonus things into our contract we never would have even thought of. I come from a family of realtors. Katie is world class. She has since the close, followed up with us on making sure we knew everything about the neighborhood, including the facebook groups

I highly recommend working with Jim Youngblood and DeSelms Real Estate. As a first-time home buyer, I had a ton of questions and Jim took the time to answer them all. He explained each step of the process and acted as my advocate throughout. Jim is professional and knowledgeable, he always responded quickly to calls, emails or texts. He went to bat for me with the builder and had great recommendations for lenders, inspectors and movers. Start to finish it was a great experience!!

VERY RUDE!
When attempting to contact a specific broker (Tara DeSelms), a person who said his name was Scott in the "marketing department" intercepted me and was hostile, emotional, and eventually became threatening and then started harassing me via email. I asked him to STOP emailing me but he continued. I can see why the other reviews here rate a 1 star. VERY PUSHY and RUDE.

Great realty company! We used Jim Youngblood and Krista Lewis. They were amazing to work with. Made us feel like family. Answered any questions we had. We've know Jim for years and he truly is one of the nicest guys you will ever know. Krista is just as amazing. My family and I were soo happy to have them help us through the process of buying a home. We had a lot of bumps along the way but, they were always there to help us through them. I had a home we needed to get sold and had heard about Terry DeSelms on Dave Ramsey. I figured if Dave trusted him then so could I. I could not have been more impressed with the process. We listed our home and within 5 days it was sold and we were planning a closing. There were quite a few items that we weren't accustomed to with a real estate closing that were seamless when we encountered them. Terry's team did a pretty amazing job and was quite professional along the way. Very happy with our experience and we are not easily impressed with outward appearances. Shady contractor department with terrible quality work!
My sister bought a house from this builder a year ago. If she had told me beforehand I would have advised her against it.
They built her driveway so steep that no car or truck could drive up to the garage without scraping the bottom of the car.
She complained and they "fixed" it but it was still a crappy job. She was coerced into buying the property because she had already signed the contract and already put 10K down on the property.
Cut to a year later the same company came back to redo the walk way which I'm guessing l was

My wife and I listed a condo with Tara DeSelms & Kenny Stephens and had a great experience. We had a cash offer, which is great, but it also came with several requirements and the other agent seemed completely unrealistic and every offer came with a threat of it being pulled or expiration in 24 hours or some other high-pressure negotiating tactic. We were ready to walk away from the deal, but Kenny took the time to find out exactly where we were comfortable with the numbers and timeline and negotiated everything on our behalf. I didn't have the time and wouldn't have had the patience

Please reconsider your selection when selling your property- I chose Terry Deselms to sell my home several years ago after listening to Dave Ramsey recommend him- I listed my house for 90 days and never saw Mr Deselms, instead I got a pushy in his early 20's used car salesman- the first thing he did was tear my house down and telling me it was worth thousands less than the actual value- I have 8 houses and I know the value of property- then he told me that they were going to do such a good job that I could pay them 7% instead of the 6% required.
